Deploy PWA Kit Storefronts with the Managed Runtime

The Managed Runtime deploys and operates PWA Kit storefronts so that front-end teams don’t have to worry about the operational cost and complexity of running mission-critical, highly scalable infrastructure. Set up single sign-on for authentication and authorization. Manage project users and permissions, auto-scale environments to handle traffic spikes, and protect against denial-of-service attacks.

Where: Available to all Salesforce B2C Commerce customers.

Why: Features of Managed Runtime 21.11 include:

• Redirect Management: Redirects can now be managed per environment via the Runtime Admin site, enabling non-technical team members to create, manage, and deploy URL redirects.
• Legacy Mobify Project Management: Legacy projects can now be managed via the Runtime Admin tool, providing a single place to manage Commerce Cloud PWA Kit and Mobify PWA projects.
