            Account Fields

            The Account object represents an individual shopper. When using person accounts, an account of the Person Account record type represents an individual shopper. When not using person accounts, a standard account and contact together represent an individual shopper. A business account buyer or shopper always has a standard account and a contact.

            This table lists the fields on the Account object.

            Field Label Description
            Account Name The name of the account. If the account is a person account, the account name is the concatenation of the first name, middle name, last name, and suffix of the associated person contact.
            Account Number The account number assigned to this account (not the unique, system-generated ID assigned during creation).
            Account Owner The user who owns the account.
            Account Record Type The ID of the record type assigned to the account.
            Account Source The source of the account record, for example, advertisement or trade show.
            Annual Revenue The estimated annual revenue of the account.
            Assistant The name of the assistant assigned to the account.
            Asst. Phone The phone number of the assistant assigned to the account.
            Billing Address The billing address for the account.
            Birthdate The birth date of the contact assigned to the account.
            Department The department the account is assigned to.
            Description The description of the account.
            Email The email address for the account.
            Email Opt Out Indicates whether the account has opted out of email (true) or not (false).
            Employees The number of employees working at the company represented by the account.
            Fax The fax number for the account.
            Home Phone The home phone number for the account’s contact.
            Individual The ID of the data privacy record associated with the account.
            Industry The industry associated with the account.
            Lead Source The lead source for the account.
            Mailing Address The mailing address for the account.
            Mobile The mobile phone number for the account
            Other Address The alternate address for the account.
            Other Phone The alternate phone number for the account.
            Ownership The ownership type for the account, for example, private, public, or subsidiary.
            Parent Account The name of the parent account, if any.
            Phone The phone number for the account
            Rating The prospect rating for the account, for example, hot, warm, or cold.
            Shipping Address The shipping address for the account.
            Title The title for contact assigned to the account.
