          Charge Return and Cancel Fees

          You can charge fees for an order item being returned or canceled. Create one or more products to represent the fees, then implement a return or cancel process that handles them.

          • Create Return and Cancel Fee Products
            For each type of fee that you want to charge, create a product record and one price book entry for each supported currency. The actual price doesn’t matter, because you specify the fee amount when you create a return order or process a simple return or cancel.
          • Return and Cancel Fee Processes
            To charge a fee on a return order line item during an RMA return, include the fee when creating the return order and process it when returning the return order line item. To charge a fee on a simple return or cancel, include it when submitting the return or cancel.
