Order Management and Salesforce Flow
Order Management works with Salesforce Flow to help you to create manual and automated functions. We provide out-of-the-box flow templates for processes such as order summary creation, placing orders on behalf of shoppers, order fulfillment, and order servicing.
- Salesforce Order Management Flows
Order Management includes flow templates for creating, fulfilling, and servicing orders. The flows automate your business processes by collecting and using data to accomplish order-related tasks, such as returning or canceling an order. Some templates are available only with certain licenses, and some have special implementation considerations. You can customize the flows or run them as is. - Add a Service Flow to an Object Record Page
You can give users easy access to a flow by adding it to the Actions & Recommendations component on an object’s Lightning record page. Most Order Management flows service existing order summaries, so they’re usually added to the Order Summary record page. The Order on Behalf Of flow creates an order for a customer, so we recommend adding it to the Account page. That allows a customer service agent to create an order for a customer while viewing the customer’s account. - Customizing Order Management Service Flows
The Order Management service flows let customer service representatives (CSRs) help customers with their orders. You can use the provided flows as is, and you can also expand and customize them. Here are some common customizations that you can implement.
