            Enable Buy Online Pick Up in Store (BOPIS)

            The Buy Online Pick up In Store (BOPIS) feature increases flexibility and gives shoppers an option to get orders sooner.

            Required Editions

            1. In the App Launcher, search for and select Order Management.
            2. Click the down arrow on the top dropdown list and select Order Fulfillment Setup and open the Location Assignments tab.
            3. To turn on BOPIS for a single location, open the action menu for your location and click Edit location. To turn on BOPIS for multiple locations, select your locations, open the Bulk Actions menu, and click Edit locations.
            4. Select Enable Buy Online, Pick Up in Store.
            5. Set a processing time and unit.
            6. (Optional) Set a custom pickup time. Pickup time is calculated as hours after business hours start and hours before business hours end.
              For example, your business hours start at 9 AM, and you set the earliest pickup time to 1 hour. The earliest pickup time is 10 AM.
              1. Turn on custom pickup times. If you don’t turn on BOPIS, this option won’t have any effect.
              2. Set an earliest customer pickup time and a latest customer pickup time. The unit for pickup times is hours.
            7. Click Save.
