You can use all Order Management service flows out of the box, and you can also
customize a flow and expand its functionality. This customization tailors which fields a customer
service representative sees when selecting products.
You can modify the product selector in the cancel, discount, reship, return, and RMA
service flows.
Click at the top of the
page, and then select Setup.
In the Quick Find box, enter flows, and select
Flows.
Select the flow that you’re customizing.
In the flow, open the Manager tab.
Find and select the Product Selection screen component.
Either click OMS Product Summary Selection from the middle preview
or add a selector by finding and selecting OMS Product Summary Selection
from the component section.
In the OMS Product Summary Selection section, under columns, add up to 10 fields that you
want to make visible to the Selected section.
Click Done.
Click Save.
If you’re ready to activate the flow, click Activate.
