High-Scale Orders
High-scale orders, supported on Hyperforce, can ingest orders from B2C Commerce and other order channels. High-scale orders use an internal data service called Zero Object Service (ZOS), which acts as a buffer for storefront order data and prevents Order Management processing from being overwhelmed. ZOS then sends the buffered data asynchronously to Order Management, which creates order summaries and processes the orders.

Salesforce orgs use high-scale order ingestion (HSOI) to create order summaries. HSOI can handle 5,000 orders placed per minute and 2,500 orders processed per minute for approximately 50 locations. Each order can have up to 2,000 lines. - Disable High-Scale Integration with B2C Commerce
Confirm that your org has a functioning Create Order Summary flow. - High-Scale Orders and Deduplication
High-Scale Orders uses the Pending Order Summaries REST API to create summaries from order summary graphs. Entities included in the request parameter aren't subject to deduplication rules.
