          Omnichannel Inventory

          Omnichannel Inventory delivers real-time inventory availability at the location level across all your fulfillment channels. If you’re using Omnichannel Inventory with Order Management, you can get inventory availability data from the Omnichannel Inventory service and use APIs to transfer, fulfill, and release reservations. You can also manage fulfillment locations and location groups using the Omnichannel Inventory app.

          With Omnichannel Inventory, you can:

          • Get inventory availability data for SKUs, locations, and location groups
          • Transfer reservations from a location group to a location or from one location to another location
          • Release reservations from a location group and its locations during cancellations
          • Fulfill reservations from a location group and its locations
          • Unlock distributed order management tools for enhanced order management functionality

          To access the Omnichannel Inventory app from within Order Management, use the Navigation bar dropdown in the Order Management Console.
