          Order Objects

Learn about the Order objects and fields available for reporting in Order Management.

          • Order Adjustment Group Summary Fields
The Order Adjustment Group Summary object defines a related set of price adjustments on order product summaries belonging to one order summary.
          • Order Delivery Group Summary Fields
The Order Delivery Group Summary object defines a group of order product summaries belonging to one order summary to be fulfilled using the same delivery method and delivered to the same recipient. An order delivery group summary is used to create one or more fulfillment orders.
          • Order Payment Summary Fields
The Order Payment Summary object represents one or more payments that use the same payment method and are associated with the same order summary. The order payment summary’s values are the sums of the values of the included payments. Unlike most summary objects, there’s no corresponding Order Payment object.
          • Order Product Adjustment Line Summary Fields
The Order Product Adjustment Line Item Summary object represents an adjustment to the price of an order product summary, usually a discount.
          • Order Product Summary Fields
The Order Product Summary object represents the current state of a product in an order summary. It tracks status by quantity. For example, it could show an ordered quantity of 3, a canceled quantity of 1, and a fulfilled quantity of 2. This object is associated with an original order product and the order product summary changes that apply to it, such as returns or cancellations.
          • Order Product Summary Change Fields
The Order Product Summary Change object represents a change to an order product summary, such as a return or cancellation. It’s associated with an order product summary and an order product.
          • Order Product Tax Line Item Summary Fields
The Order Product Tax Line Item Summary object represents the current state of tax on an order product summary or an order product adjustment line item summary. Multiple order product tax summaries can apply to one order product summary or order product adjustment summary.
          • Order Summary Fields
The Order Summary object represents the current properties and state of an order, including fulfillment information. It’s associated with one order that represents the original order. The order summary’s values are the sums of the values in the original order and subsequent orders representing changes, such as returns or cancellations.
          • Price Book Entry Fields
The Price Book Entry object represents the price of a product in a price book. Although Salesforce Order Management doesn’t directly use this object, it creates stand-in price book entry records because order products require them. As you create products to represent delivery methods, add stand-in price book entry records to them.
          • Product Fields
The Product object represents a product that a merchant sells or has sold. A product is also used to represent delivery charges for one or more order delivery methods.
