Order Summary

An order summary pulls together all order details into a single, consolidated view. It can help you manage and service orders before, during, and after fulfillment.

  The order summary consolidates all order information—from order capture through fulfillment, payment collection, shipping, delivery, and service—and displays it in a single view. Use the order summary to manage the entire order lifecycle.

  The Order Summary shows historical activity and real-time details for an order.
• Manually Import a Pending Order Summary
  When the high-scale system is enabled, orders usually flow quickly from the Zero Object Service (ZOS) into Order Management. But when order volume is high, such as during a flash sale, orders can spend time waiting in ZOS. While an order is in ZOS, it’s visible in Order Management as a pending order summary. If you want to service an order that’s still in ZOS, you can manually import the pending order summary.
