Store Fulfillment Application Overview
The Store Fulfillment app gives you quick and easy access to each step of the fulfillment process: selecting a store, finding new orders for the store, creating a ticket for one or more orders, picking or rejecting items, and packing them up or shipping them out.
- Store Fulfillment App Setup
The Store Fulfillment app provides guided workflows that walk store associates through the process of picking and packing each order. Store associates can indicate how much of each item they can fulfill and how much they can pack. They can also track the items that they can’t fulfill and the reasons for rejection. Access to the site is controlled using the Identity User license. After the Identity User license is configured, create accounts for your store associates and assign the license to them. - Create a Pick Ticket for a Fulfillment Order
Create a pick ticket to find and pick items for new fulfillment orders. Select one or more orders to pick items for and create your pick ticket. - Complete a Pick Ticket
Fulfill orders by selecting a pick ticket and picking the items on the list. As you fulfill the order, track which items have been picked, select rejection reasons for unpicked items, and print item fulfillment specifics. - Pack a Fulfillment Order
After an order is picked, it shows in the Ready to Pack tab. From there, you can pack the item quantities, reject any that couldn’t be fulfilled, print your shipping label, and ship the order.
