Salesforce Pay Now

Pay Now, powered by Salesforce Payments, is a payment solution that facilitates quick and convenient payments for customers. With Pay Now, you create and share a secure payment link with your customer. Your customer clicks a payment link, is directed to a branded, mobile-responsive web page, and enters their payment information to complete the transaction. You can associate a payment link with any Salesforce object, so you can add a payment service to any business workflow for a revenue opportunity. You can use Pay Now with or without Salesforce Commerce.

Note Salesforce Pay Now is supported only in LWR Experience Cloud sites, and isn’t supported in Aura.

Pay Now Prime is available for both GMV and PPO commerce license customers.

• Pay Now Setup
  Use the Commerce Setup Assistant to set up Pay Now as a standalone feature or for orgs with Payments and B2B and D2C Commerce. The Commerce Setup Assistant is available for either configuration. The assistant enables Salesforce Payments, a prerequisite for Pay Now, and it automates the creation of a Pay Now store.
• Pay Now Payment Pages
  When customers click a payment link, they are sent to a Pay Now payment page. This branded and customized page is where enter they enter payment information to complete a transaction. It's like an invoice or a statement of what's owed. The payment link type determines which page the customer sees. You can add the text on the page during payment link creation. You can also access these pages from the Pay Now store's Experience Builder Pages menu.
• Upgrade Pay Now Stores Created Before Winter '24
  If you have a Pay Now store created before Winter ’24, upgrade the payment page components to improve the layouts, ensure express checkout options, and to enable one-click checkout.
• Pay Now Payment Links
  With Pay Now, you can create unique or reusable payment links that you share with your customers to accept payment. The link takes the customer to a branded, mobile-responsive web page where they can enter their payment details. Add a payment link to any Salesforce record for integration into existing workflows.
