            Define An SMTP Server For Customer and Platform Email Delivery

            With the 21.8 Release, you can now use a third-party mail server to send emails from Commerce Cloud to your shoppers and site administrators.

            Why: Use this feature to manage the commerce cloud emails from any of your existing SMTP mail services.

            How: You can set the configuration to use the server for customer and platform email or customer email only.
