You can support real-time availability for your storefront experiences by integrating with the new Salesforce Omnichannel Inventory product. B2C Commerce provides a seamless native integration that you can configure using clicks, not code.
Some of the features include:
- Powerful inventory sharing and aggregation by connecting your B2C site inventory to a location group in Omnichannel Inventory. You can expose inventory specific to regional or brand-focused storefronts, and share inventory between them.
- Omnichannel shopping experiences like BOPIS and ship-from-store via location-level
awareness across a thousand locations.Note Location-level integration is open beta in the initial 21.2 release and GA in Q2 2021.
