            Assign App Roles in Microsoft Entra ID

            Assign each employee an app role in Microsoft Entra ID so that the employee can access the Point of Sale CMS.

            1. Log in to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
            2. Go to Enterprise applications > Users and groups.
            3. Assign app roles to employees based on your store operations. For example, Alice manages a store, so assign Alice the Store Manager app role if your business defines it that way.The users and groups section of the CMS with the Store Manage role assigned.
