Restricting Single Sign-On (SSO) to Microsoft Entra ID in Point of Sale CMS

Restricting Single Sign-On (SSO) to Microsoft Entra ID streamlines Point of Sale CMS authentication. When enabled, employees access the CMS only through their Microsoft Entra ID login, enhancing security and simplifying user management.

To simplify authentication and enhance security, you can restrict SSO to Microsoft Entra ID only. This restriction can help streamline user management and lower the risk of unauthorized access.

If you configure SSO restriction to Microsoft Entra ID, you can only manage users through Microsoft Entra ID. You can still create and manage user roles, such as Associate, Store Manager, or Admin. However, you can no longer manage users directly in the CMS.
