          View Top Styles Sold Report

          Identify popular products and optimize inventory. Use the report in Point of Sale CMS to view product title, style, units sold, and gross sales data. In the point of sale (POS) app, filter the report by SKU or style and display results for the current store or all stores.

          Access Top Styles Report in Point of Sale CMS

          Generate a Top Styles Sold report in Point of Sale CMS.

          The report will show the product title, style (variant group ID), number of units sold, and gross sales (GMV). By default, the report displays results in descending order by units sold. Users have the option to download the report as a CSV file.

          1. Go to Reporting and Analytics > Report Builder.
          2. Under Report Type, select "Products Sold."
          3. Under Group Report By, select "Style."
          4. Configure the rest of the filters as needed.

          Note Note: While each column can be sorted, the sorting applies only to the current page and not to the entire dataset.

          Access Top Styles Report in Point of Sale

          Generate a top-selling products report directly in the POS app.

          Prerequisites:

          • Modern POS App Build: 10.2.1 or greater
          • Platform Support: iPhone & iPad
          • Offline Support: No

          Set a deep link to access the report on the app.

          1. Edit a layout or hamburger menu.
          2. Using the deep link picker, select "Top-selling Products Report."

          View Top Sales Report in Point of Sale

          Monitor product performance in the Point of Sale (POS) app.

          On the app, tap the deep link to access the report. Similar to the report in the CMS, the app report will display the product title, style (variant group ID), number of units sold (for the selected date range), and GMV (gross sales) (for the selected date range).

          By default, the report shows the top 100 items, sorted in descending order of units sold. Additional filters can be set. The report can be grouped by SKU or style and can show results for the current store logged into the register or for all stores.
