            Activate Contracts

            Activate a contract to indicate that it’s in effect. An activated contract is read-only.

            Required Editions

            Available in: both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
            Available in: Performance and Developer Editions
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with Sales
            User Permissions Needed
            To activate contracts:

            Activate Contracts

            AND

            Read and Edit on contracts

            Open a contract, and then click Activate.
