            Set Up an Endpoint in Databricks

            Control the access to your data by setting up an endpoint connection between Databricks and Data 360.

            1. Before setup, confirm that your Databricks allowlist includes the IP addresses for your region.
            2. Open the Databricks workspace.
            3. In the Admin section, configure the service principal.
            4. Configure the model serving endpoint.
              Note
              Note Serverless compute is required for model serving and is available with the Premium tier.
            5. Grant the service principal access to the warehouse and tables using roles and the unity catalog.
            6. Generate an access token for the service principal.
