After you create your Data 360 instance, you can set up a B2C Commerce Connection.
Then you can control the scope of data ingestion from B2C Commerce. The B2C Commerce connector
only supports connections to production instances of B2C Commerce.
Before beginning, log in to B2C Commerce and have the URL that you use to log in to
Business Manager accessible.
From Data Cloud Setup, select B2C Commerce under Salesforce
Integrations.
To import data from a B2C Commerce instance, click New.
Log out of all Business Manager instances that you’re logged in to.
In a new tab, log in to the Business Manager instance that you’re using for the B2C
Commerce connection.
Return to the Data Cloud tab.
In the Sync With B2C Commerce Business Manager dialog, enter the URL that you use for
Business Manager, without the trailing forward slash.
Click Next.
To allow Data 360 to connect to the B2C Commerce instance and access all its data, click
Allow.
Select the sites that you want to ingest data from, and click the right arrow.
The selection appears under Selected Sites.
You can now create a data stream for the connected B2C Commerce instance.
Add or Remove B2C Commerce Site Selections In Data 360, you can change which sites B2C Commerce ingests data from after you have set up a connection. Ensure that there’s a B2C Commerce connection before editing the sites.
Disconnect a B2C Commerce Instance Connection You can delete a connection to your B2C Commerce instance. Removing the connection stops data ingestion from your B2C Commerce instance to Data 360.
