          Create a Related List Enrichment

          Create a Related List Enrichment

Add information from Data Cloud DMOs to record pages in your org, so you can show information and interactions from multiple systems, orgs, or business units in a related list.

          Required Editions

Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.

You must have access as a Data Cloud user to use enrichments. You must have completed identity resolution and created a Unified Individual DMO or a Unified Account DMO.

          User Permissions Needed
To view enrichments in Object Manager: View Setup
          To view a specific enrichment:

You must have access to the data space used in the enrichment.

To create or update enrichments: Customize Application
          To view the related list

You have access through the Data Cloud.

User permission set to the data space

Alternatively, if you enabled enhanced security data spaces, in the user permission set data access level for the data space, make sure to enable ‘controlled by parent’.

          Object Permissions Needed
To view enrichments in Object Manager: Data Model Objects object Read permissions
To create or update enrichments: Data Model Objects object Create, Update, and Delete

Read Enrichment Considerations before starting this task.

You can create a related list for a DMO that is an Engagement type DMO with a single many-to-one relationship to the Unified Individual DMO or the Individual DMO by using a primary key of Individual ID or Unified Individual ID. For example, if you want to create a related list for all the email engagements for a lead, select Email Engagement as the object.

You can also create a related list for a Unified Contact Point DMO, such as Contact Point Email.

          Note
Note You must have completed Identity Resolution and have created a Unified Individual, even if you’re using a DMO that’s related to Individual.
          1. From the Contact, Lead, or Account object management settings, select Data Cloud Related Lists.
          2. Click New.
          3. Click Related List and Start.
          4. Select a Data Space. The data space determines the objects that you can create a related list for. Different data spaces have different views of the data available. For example, if each brand has its own data space, or if there are different data spaces for HQ reporting vs. customer-facing data.
          5. Select a Data Cloud Object.
          6. Enter a Lookup Field that identifies the ID used to retrieve matching records from Data Cloud. For example, if you want to retrieve records for an individual as a customer, you use the Customer ID field. If you want to retrieve records for an individual as a supplier, you use the Supplier ID field.
          7. Click Next.
          8. This step changes if enhanced security data spaces are enabled for your org:
            • If enhanced security data spaces aren’t enabled, select Enable Controlled by Parent Permissions and click Next.
            • If enhanced security data spaces are enabled, skip to the next step.
          9. Enter a Related List Label that is displayed on the record page for your org object.
          10. Select the page layouts that you want to add the related list to. The list is automatically added as the last field in the page, but you can drag it to the correct location in the page layout editor.
            Note
Note If you have person accounts enabled, you can also add the related list to a person account. See Enrichment Considerations.
          11. Save your work.

If you want to filter the data shown in the related list, create a dynamic related list and add filter conditions. For example, if you want to make sure only data related to a specific data space is displayed in the related list, add that filtering condition in the dynamic related list.
