Create a Data Share
Select the Data 360 objects that you want to include in a data share to share with an external system.

To comply with data policies and regulations, data sharing includes the
IndividualGDPRState__dll object, which provides individuals with consent
information. You can use Individual ID to link and honor the consent data for an individual
at the data share target.
- In Data 360, on the Data Shares tab, click New.

Enter these details and click Next .
- Label - The display name of the data share. For Google BigQuery, the character limit is 20, but you can add details in Description. For Snowflake, there’s no character limit.
- Name - The API name for the data share in Data 360. It's auto-populated to match the label name. You can choose to use a different name.
- Data Space - A data space is a logical partition to organize your data for profile unification, insights, and marketing in Data 360. Choose “Default” for data space if you don’t have any other data space provisioned in your org.
- Provide consent for admins or privileged users in the receiving organization other than Salesforce Data Cloud to view and query all records of the data lake objects (DLOs) mapped to data model objects (DMOs) in the data share.
- Description - Any relevant details of the data share.

Select the Data 360 objects that you want to include in the data
share.
You can’t share an external data lake object (DLO) or a data model object (DMO) mapped to an external DLO with an external data lake.
- Click Save.
