          • Data Cloud Architect

To comply with data policies and regulations, data sharing includes the IndividualGDPRState__dll object, which provides individuals with consent information. You can use Individual ID to link and honor the consent data for an individual at the data share target.

          1. In Data 360, on the Data Shares tab, click New.
          2. Enter these details and click Next .
            • Label - The display name of the data share. For Google BigQuery, the character limit is 20, but you can add details in Description. For Snowflake, there’s no character limit.
            • Name - The API name for the data share in Data 360. It's auto-populated to match the label name. You can choose to use a different name.
            • Data Space - A data space is a logical partition to organize your data for profile unification, insights, and marketing in Data 360. Choose “Default” for data space if you don’t have any other data space provisioned in your org.
            • Provide consent for admins or privileged users in the receiving organization other than Salesforce Data Cloud to view and query all records of the data lake objects (DLOs) mapped to data model objects (DMOs) in the data share.
