To create data streams from a Marketing Cloud Personalization starter bundle, you must first set up a connection to Marketing Cloud Personalization by completing the steps outlined in Set Up a Connection to Marketing Cloud Personalization.
Your Marketing Cloud Personalization data streams are deployed. User profile and engagement data are ingested from the point of creation onwards, not historically. Existing user profiles in Marketing Cloud Personalization are ingested as new engagement events happen for these profiles.
