          Data Cloud License Billing and Limits

          Adding a Data Cloud license enables Data 360 on a Salesforce org. Orgs with this license purchase consumption credits which are consumed by use of Data 360 services.

          Depending on when you purchased or renewed your Data Cloud license, your org consumes either Data Services credits or Flex Credits for Data 360 services. Review Digital Wallet to determine which type of credits apply to you.

          • Flex Credits Billable Usage Types for Data 360
            Usage of certain Data 360 features impacts credit consumption. To monitor your usage in Flex Credits usage categories, access your org’s Digital Wallet. If your org has a Data 360 Profiles-type license, some usage types aren't consumed. For more information on how usage is billed, refer to your contract or contact your account executive.
          • Data Services Billable Usage Types for Data 360
            Usage of certain Data 360 features impacts credit consumption. If you purchased credits before February 24, 2026, your org consumes Data Services credits for Data 360 services. Orgs purchasing or renewing after February 24, 2026 can have either Data Services or Flex Credits. To monitor your usage in these Data Servuces usage categories, access your org’s Digital Wallet. If your org has a Data 360 Profiles-type license, some usage types aren't consumed. For more information on how usage is billed, refer to your contract or contact your account executive.
          • Data 360 Limits and Guidelines
            Guidelines define best practice recommendations to optimize your adoption of Data 360 for best performance. Limits are boundaries beyond which features are unavailable, performance is throttled, or usage billing charges are applied. Since Data 360 is built to scale, some limits can be adjusted to meet your business needs. Work with your account executive to find a solution that meets your goals.
