The app is added by default to the profile explorer’s profile detail page. You can also add it to the Contact record home page in a connected Salesforce org.
- Go to the Lightning page where you want to configure the app.
- From the page’s Setup menu, select Edit Page to access the Lightning App Builder.
- Add the Data Cloud Profile Engagements app to the record home page. If it’s already added, click the app to select it.
- Select a data space. If Default is the only data space option, select Default.
- Select a primary data model object (DMO). The profile data is drawn from this object.
- Wait while the unified individual link object is populated.
- Click Select to open the Engagement DMO selection window. Move up to
five DMOs from Available to Selected, and then click OK. The app displays data from selected objects, including activity name and date for all objects. For Standard DMOs from default data spaces, it also shows the Engagement Channel Action name.
- Save and activate the component.
- By default, data from the last 7 days is displayed. Click the filter icon to choose to display data from the last 30 days or 90 days.
