When Data Cloud is enabled, the default data space is associated with standard Data Cloud
permission sets, except the Data Cloud Architect. To give access to other data spaces,
change the data space permission set that it’s associated with or create a permission
set.
Associate permission sets to all other data spaces manually including the standard permission
sets. Admin users can view features and feature setup and can access data across
data spaces.
In Setup, search for and select Permission Sets.
Select the permission set you want to associate with a data space.
Under Apps, select Data Cloud Data Space Management.
For Data Spaces, click Edit.
Select one or more data spaces to associate with the permission set.
Click Save.
To add feature permissions within an associated data space, click a data space name.
Click Edit.
Select whether the users associated with the permission set can customize features or only
view them.
If the View or Customize options aren’t available, update your object settings.
Under the Apps section of the selected permission set, select Object
Settings.
Select the object, and deselect the View All Records and Modify All
Records object permissions.
