Learn more about how to submit Data Subject Rights requests in Data 360.
Submit Data Subject Rights requests using Individual ID as the identifying parameter.
Requests must be submitted and processed separately in all connected Salesforce clouds,
including Commerce Cloud.
Example Northern Trail Outfitters (NTO) has a Unified Individual
profile for Samantha Smith that consists of two Source Individual profiles. These Source
Individual profiles are identified as Individual ID 1234 and 5678. Samantha requests that
Northern Trail Outfitters delete her personal data. When processing Samantha’s request, NTO
submits a data deletion request to the Consent API using Individual ID 1234 and 5678 in the
relevant API parameters.
