Load Data from Data 360 into Marketing Cloud Intelligence

Connect Data 360 to Marketing Cloud Intelligence to analyze your customer data and build dashboards and reports.

The data is refreshed daily by default. You can change the frequency schedule, but using a different refresh rate could delay data subject rights and other compliance-based updates from flowing to Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

You can load your data using an Intelligence Data 360 connector (TotalConnect or Granular Data Center) or by installing the Data Cloud app from the Intelligence Marketplace.

Another connector exists in Intelligence for Data 360 (Data Cloud CI connector) and appears if you previously used it, or if you installed the Data Cloud app. However, we recommend using the Data 360connectors instead.
