AI is built on data. Review this table to find out which AI models Data 360 features support and the implications of turning off access to a model.

Note Salesforce uses data submitted to a predictive AI feature to train global
predictive models. Training these models improves your services and helps develop
new features available at no additional cost. The information we use includes
customer-submitted data, as defined in our Main Services Agreement (MSA), and usage
data related to user interactions with Salesforce.

| Intelligent Context | OpenAI GPT-4o | Intelligent Context uses the model to analyze sample content to generate recommended processing configuration. It processes sample content by using LLM-based parsing and LLM-based pre-processing techniques.
