Unify Individuals or Accounts
Identity resolution in Data 360 offers several different ways to unify your records. The unification type you select determines what types of objects you can base your unified profiles on, the output objects created by the ruleset, and the speed at which records can be unified.
- Individual Object Data Modeling Requirements
Map the following fields during data modeling to prepare data about individuals for the identity resolution process. - Account Object Data Modeling Requirements
Map the following fields during data modeling to prepare data about your accounts for the identity resolution process. - Unify Individuals or Accounts Based on Party Identifier
Party identifier refers to the exact match of the Identification Number, Identification Name, and Party Identification Type fields in the Party Identification object. This type of match is useful for matching unique identifiers, such as government ID, first-party cookies, external MDM systems, and vendor-specific IDs. - Unify Individuals or Accounts with an External Link
Matching on an external link lets you unify profiles that have been identified as matching in an external data source. Your source data must include an ID that identifies the matched records. - Unify Individual Profiles in Real Time
Real-time profile unification reviews profile information immediately and completes real-time profile matching in milliseconds. Real-time matching matches information about an active end user to a unified profile so that you can personalize your app or website within milliseconds.
