          Data 360 Notebook AI is a generative AI notebook for uploading personal, enterprise, and public content, conducting research, and generating insights.

          Notebook AI is for individual business users and teams such as sales, support, and marketing. Use it to create a personal purpose-built workspaces for exploring content by asking questions or select source content to generate summaries.

          Users create private resource libraries in the notebook, combine them with enterprise-wide content, and produce authoritative content all in one space.

          Notebook AI is for short-term, time-bound projects or long-term research and content creation, bringing ‌flexibility, control, and collaboration to AI-powered research.

          You can use Notebook AI in Data 360 or as a web application.

          Use Case: Notebook AI for Researching Repetitive Customer Support Issues

          Customer support representatives often deal with repetitive customer issues that stem from underlying product issues or configuration gaps.

          Multiple systems and sources record customer issues, such as support cases, JIRA tickets, Slack threads, and error logs related to the product. There are multiple ways to find and document solutions to the issues, such as personal notes, product manuals, or community articles.
