Salesforce Connectors for Data Cloud
In Data Cloud, you can connect to other Salesforce data sources. Many of the connectors for these data sources have a starter data bundle to help you quickly set up a data stream. A starter data bundle is a Salesforce-defined data stream definition that includes mapping to the Data Cloud DMO structure. You can also customize a bundle. Some connectors offer multiple data bundle options.
- B2C Commerce Connector
You can connect your B2C Commerce instance to a production site and create a B2C Commerce data stream. The data stream ingests all data from active production sites, both protected or unprotected. This connector is for production sites only. You can’t set up a B2C Commerce connector to test, sandbox, or non-live production site. - Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Connector
Ingest data from Account Engagement into Data 360 to drive calculated insights and build segments based on marketing asset engagement. - Marketing Cloud Engagement Connector
Connect Marketing Cloud Engagement to Data 360 using a starter data bundle or data extension. - Marketing Cloud Personalization Connector
With Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) data in Data 360, you can ingest user profiles and behavioral events to enrich the customer profile and increase personalization. The connector also lets you use Marketing Cloud Personalization as an activation target. - Salesforce CRM Connector
A standard Salesforce CRM connection establishes a connection between Data 360 and a Salesforce org, allowing Data 360 to ingest data from the connected org. Data 360 ingests data and sends back only data actions. This type of connection doesn’t share any data back to the connected org. - Data Cloud One
Streamline multi-org architecture and simplify Data 360 access with Data Cloud One. Data Cloud One allows users of connected companion orgs to access data and Data 360 features from one unified Data 360 home org. - Omnichannel Inventory Connector
In Data Cloud, you can establish a connection to Omnichannel Inventory using the provided connector. The connection process creates the data streams and maps the data source objects to the data model objects (DMO) and establishes DMO relationships.
