          Set Up a Connection to Marketing Cloud Personalization

          After you create your Data 360 instance, connect to Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) to enrich customer profiles with user profile data and events.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To connect to Marketing Cloud Personalization: Admin permission in Marketing Cloud Personalization
          To access Data Cloud Setup

          System admin profile OR

          Data Cloud Architect

          Set up Marketing Cloud Personalization before connecting with Data 360. After that's set up, follow these steps in Data 360 to connect the two.

          1. From Setup, select Data 360 Setup.
          2. From Salesforce Integrations under Marketing, select Marketing Cloud Personalization.
          3. To connect to a new account, click New or Connect.
          4. Enter your Marketing Cloud Personalization credentials and click Log In.
          5. To grant access to your account for Data 360, click OK.
          6. To select datasets for integration, click Edit next to your account name.
          7. Select which datasets you want to integrate. These datasets are available for data modeling, segmentation, and activation.
            Note
            Note Datasets can be used in only one Data 360 account. Datasets already connected don’t show on your available list. Also, unselected datasets aren't included in your Data 360 instance for ingestion or activation.
          8. Click Save.
            Your Marketing Cloud Personalization account is connected for use in Data 360.
