Record updates are also called system-generated posts and feed tracked changes. They are updates that Salesforce automatically generates when someone creates a record or changes a tracked field on a record. The record updates that you see depend on how your administrator has configured feed tracking and whether you have access to the record. You don’t see tracked feed updates that are older than 45 days and have no likes or comments, because they are deleted automatically. Tracked changes in a feed can be bundled together for quick and easy reading.
Printing is supported only for Chatter feeds associated with a case. See Printable View in Case Feed.
