          Add CRM Connections to Your Aura Site

          To share Salesforce CRM data on your Aura site, add CRM connections in Content Management.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          Applies to: Aura sites
          User Permissions Needed
          To access an Experience Builder site’s Content Management workspace:
          • Create and Set Up Experiences
          • AND is a member of the site
          To customize an Experience Builder site:
          • Create and Set Up Experiences OR assigned an experience admin, publisher, or builder role in that site
          • AND is a member of the site

          CRM objects must be explicitly approved to make their data available on your site. Objects retain their permissions when used on Experience Cloud Sites.

          Note
          Note Only objects that support list views are available. Only fields in global list views can be used for display on your site.
          1. In your site’s Experience Workspaces, navigate to Content Management.
          2. Go to Content, and click Salesforce CRM.
          3. Click Add CRM Connections.
          4. Select objects to add to your site by clicking plus icon. If an object is already approved and connected to your site, you see a gray checkbox next to the object.
          5. Save your changes.
          6. To disable existing connections, select Disable Connection from the row menu.

          To display CRM data on your Aura site, create a CRM collection in Content Management.
