            Data Provider Considerations (Beta)

            When configuring data providers on an LWR site page, keep these considerations in mind.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

            Note
            Note Data Provider Configuration is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.
            • Operations supported when configuring a data provider are create, view, and delete.
            • Reconfiguring an Apex data provider by modifying the Apex methods and parameters isn’t supported.
            • If components such as reports and dashboards reference a data provider, then deleting this data provider can cause errors. Delete the references before you delete the data provider.
            • When you configure multiple data providers for a page, you see only one data provider listed as Inherited Content for the component in the property panel.
            • When you configure multiple data providers for a page, you see only one data binding expression for one data provider in the Text or Expression field in the property panel.
