          Set Up Agentforce for Experience Builder (Beta)

          Get Agentforce and the Experience Builder Agent ready for your Experience Builder users.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations, or Agentforce 1 or Einstein 1 Editions
          Applies to: LWR sites
          User Permissions Needed
          To enable Agentforce:
          • Manage AI Agents AND the required permissions for your agent type
          • OR
          • Customize Application
          To create and manage Experience Builder Agent:
          • Manage AI Agents AND Manage Agentforce Employee Agents
          • OR
          • Customize Application
          To access Experience Builder:
          • Create and Set Up Experiences AND View Setup and Configuration AND be a member of the site
          • OR
          • View Setup and Configuration AND be a member of the site AND have appropriate role-based site access
          To use Experience Builder Agent in Experience Builder:
          • A permission set or profile that includes access to the Experience Builder Agent

          Before you begin, set up Einstein Generative AI and enable Agentforce.

          1. From Setup, enter Digital Experiences in the Quick Find box and select Settings.
          2. Select Enable Agentforce (Beta) in Experience Builder for enhanced LWR sites.
          3. From Setup, enter Agentforce in the Quick Find box and select Agentforce Agents.
          4. Click New Agent, select Experience Builder Agent, and click Create.
            The new agent opens in Agentforce Builder. The agent comes preloaded with the subagents Experience Builder: Content Creation and Experience Builder: Fallback Subagent.
          5. Click Activate.
            If you like, test the agent with a chat in the Conversation Preview panel.
          6. Give your Experience Builder users access to the Experience Builder Agent. See Manage Employee Agent Access.
