          Set Actionable List Status Values

          Review the default status values available for an actionable list, delete status values that the list creators don’t need, and set up new values that suit the business needs.

          To set list status values:

          Actionable Segmentation

          Check the list status values available for actionable lists out of the box. Discuss with your list creators to understand if these status values are accurate and sufficient to indicate the list activity status. Based on the inputs from the list creators, set status values for actionable lists.

          1. From Setup, select Object Manager.
          2. Search for and select Actionable List.
          3. Click Fields & Relationships.
          4. Click List Status.
          5. In List Status Picklist Values, remove the values that you don’t need, add new list status values based on your business requirements. For example, status values for a list can include draft, ready, in progress, and completed.
          6. To set a status value as default, in the Action column of a status value, click Edit.
          7. Select Make this value the default for the master picklist, and save the changes.
          8. To change the placement of these status values in the list, click Reorder.
          9. Select a value and use the arrows to change its placement in the list, and save the changes.
