          Set Tab Visibility and Assign Object Permissions

          To create, edit, and view actionable lists, set the tab visibility, and enable permissions for the Actionable List, Action List Member, and Actionable List Column objects.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Clouds that have Industry Sales Excellence and Query for Datapipelines User licenses
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
          2. Click the profile that you're editing.
          3. Click Edit.
          4. Go to Tab Settings, and select Default On for these settings: Actionable List Builder, Actionable Lists
          5. Go to Administrative Permissions, and select View Setup and Configuration.
          6. Under Standard Object Permissions, locate these objects and assign permissions according to the profiles:

            • For Sales executives or managers or advisors who plan to create actionable lists, assign these permissions:
              • Actionable List, and then select Read, Create, Edit, and Delete.
              • Action List Member, and then select Read, Create, Edit, Delete, and View All Records.
              • Actionable List Column, and then select Read, Create, Edit, and Delete.
            • For Sales executives or managers or advisors who plan to add more members to existing actionable lists, assign these permissions:
              • Actionable List, and then select Read.
              • Action List Member, and then select Read, and Edit.
              • Actionable List Column, and then select Read.
          7. Save your changes.
          8. Repeat these steps for other profiles.
