Review the details of your CRM Analytics template configuration and activate it to
create a CRM Analytics app, an Einstein Discovery model, and recipes. The CRM Analytics app
installs preconfigured recipes that generate datasets. The model consumes the datasets to generate
predictions.

User Permissions Needed
To activate a CRM Analytics template configuration:
Scoring Framework Admin
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Industries Cloud Einstein,
and then select Scoring Framework.
On the template configuration’s card, click , and select Edit.
Before activating the template configuration, review the details.
Activate the template configuration.
The activation takes some time to complete. After you activate the template configuration,
you can see only a summary of the template configuration. You can’t see each setup step’s
details.
To open the CRM Analytics app created based on the template configuration, click
Open CRM Analytics App on the template configuration’s card.
To open the AI Accelerator use case, click Open AI Accelerator Use
Case on the template configuration’s card.
If the activation fails, you can retry activating it by clicking
Retry on the template configuration’s card.
If the AI Accelerator use case isn’t created after activation, you can retry creating it
from the Setup page of AI Accelerator by clicking Create AI Accelerator Use
Case on the template configuration’s card.
