          Create a Site for Scheduling Appointments

          Enabling digital experiences is the first step to creating an Experience Cloud site. After you create the site, add site members and set up the required permissions.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To use Health Cloud for Communities

          Health Cloud For Community add-on license

          AND

          Customer Community or Customer Community Plus add-on license

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, then select Settings.
          2. Select Enable Digital Experiences.
          3. Type a domain name and click Check Availability. If the domain name is available, click Save, OK, and then Open.
          4. From Setup, under Digital Experiences, click All Sites.
          5. Click Workspaces next to an existing site or click New to create a site. Complete these steps only if you're creating a new site.
            1. Select a template such as Build Your Own (Aura), and then click Get Started.
            2. Enter a name and a URL for the site.
            3. Click Create.
          6. Select the Administration workspace, and then add profiles as site members.
            1. Click Members.
            2. Under Select Profiles, select All in the Search dropdown, and then move the System Administrator profile and your cloned Customer Community profile from the Available Profiles list to the Selected Profiles list. The cloned profile is based on the Customer Community Plus User or Customer Community User profile. See Create a Profile and Assign Permissions to Authenticated Users for Self-Scheduling.
            3. Save your changes.
          7. Assign the permissions required for patients and providers to access the Experience Cloud site.

          8. Give Experience Cloud site users the ability to upload files, such as an image of an insurance card.
            1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Files, and then select General Settings under Salesforce Files.
            2. If Allow site guest users to upload files isn’t already selected, select it and then save your changes.
