          Integrate benefits verification into the end-to-end patient access workflow to help caregivers and patients reduce the time and effort it takes to find out what coverage is available under each patient's health benefits.

          1. Give Users Access to Benefits Verification
            Assign the permissions your users need to use Benefits Verification in Health Cloud.
          2. Set up Data for Benefits Verification
            To help your users get the most out of Benefits Verification, configure your org with the necessary data for patients, payers, purchaser plans, and member plans.
          3. Connect to a Benefits Verification Service
            Connect Health Cloud to each external service that contains benefit coverage information for members and patients.
          4. Configure Care Limit Types
            Define care limit types such as co-pay, co-insurance, and more to determine the benefits that are available to a patient.
          5. Configure the Benefits Verification Component
            Make it easy for your call center agents to verify patient benefits by adding the Benefits Verification component to a Lightning page such as the patient record page.
