Build campaigns and create health journeys across populations, identify groups of people who
share a need, and then assign them to the campaigns. Recruit, onboard, and engage the providers
in your network through targeted campaigns. Payers can manage the entire member journey through
acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention to create a seamless member experience.
Select the Marketing User checkbox in user records for your users to set
up Marketing Cloud Engagement campaigns and assign people to them from inside Health Cloud.
