            Allow Experience Cloud Site Users to Access to Document Checklist Items

            Empower your customers by providing them access to document checklist items through Experience Cloud sites.

            Available in: Automotive Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Education Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Insurance, Manufacturing Cloud, Media Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Rebate Management

            Note Make sure that Experience Cloud is enabled for your org.

            Note Experience Cloud isn’t available for Professional Edition.

            Create a Customer Community User Profile

            Clone a customer community profile to create one that provides access to document checklist items.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, then select Profiles.
            2. On the Profiles page, click Clone next to the Customer Community Login User, Customer Community Plus Login User, Customer Community Plus User, or Customer Community User profile.
            3. Enter a name for the cloned profile and save.
            4. On the Profile Edit page, click Edit.
            5. Under Standard Object Permissions, enable read access for Document Checklist Items and click Save.

            Assign the Profile to Site Members

            Assign the customer community profile with read access to document checklist items to the Experience Cloud site where your customers upload associated files.

            Make sure that you have a site created for your org.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, then select All Sites.
            2. Click Workspaces for the site that you want to assign the profile to.
            3. Click Administration.
            4. Click Members in the left pane.
            5. Under Select Profiles, select Customer from the Search drop-down list.
            6. Add your customer community profile with document checklist item access to the Selected Profiles list.

            Assign the profile you added to Selected Profiles to site users who need access to document checklist items.
