Filter the charts based on the referral coordinator, specialty, type, requester, performer, facility, and referral source. You can also view the charts by the referrals with specific prerequisites and by referrals accepted by the facility. The Referral Analytics dashboard consists of Referrals Insights, Top Referrals, and Referrals Performance pages.
Referral Insights Page
The Referral Insights Page offers a comprehensive overview of key referral metrics, status analysis, and a referral leaderboard. Analyze referrals by the stages, their progression, and the count of referrals in each stage. Additionally, it highlights top performers involved in the referral process. A detailed table displays specific referral information, including entity names, patient details, status, and dates. Enhances operational efficiency by providing real-time insights into referral performance, aiding in better resource allocation and decision-making for streamlined referral management
- Referral Status Analysis: View the distribution of referrals across different stages, their progression, and the quantity of referrals within each stage. The visualization provides insight into the volume and status distribution of referrals, for a quick and comprehensive understanding of the referral pipeline.
- Referral Leaderboard: Prioritizes referrals based on their age, priority, and duration in the current status. The chart ranks referrals by urgency, for quick identification and resolution of high-priority referrals.
Top Referrals Page
Gain data-driven insights into the top incoming and outgoing referrals, associated healthcare facilities, and specialties for identifying the areas that need attention.
The Top Referrals page consists of Incoming and Outgoing Referrals tabs. View key metrics such as total referrals, completed referrals, accepted referrals, internal, and external referrals for comprehensive analysis.
- Incoming Referrals: Get detailed insights into the referrals received by the facility. You can opt to analyze only the internal referrals or external referrals data. Use the charts to analyze the internal referrals across various stages, facilities, service types, categories, requests, reasons, and specialty types.
- Outgoing Referrals: Get insights into referrals initiated by our facility. You can view and analyze the total count of outgoing referrals, completed referrals, forwarded external referrals, and referrals across various associated facilities.
Referrals Performance Page
Evaluate referral process effectiveness by analyzing completion trends, backlog, referral rate, unconsidered referrals, status duration, and source.
- Referral Trend Analysis: Analyze the referral backlog, referral inflow, completed referrals, and ignored referrals for a specific year. Use the insights to understand the flow of referrals, workload, efficiency in handling referrals, and potential challenges or areas requiring improvement within referral management. You can also get a snapshot of the completion status of referrals and the likelihood of completing the backlog based on the current inflow.
- Top Performers: View the top performing referral coordinators based on the referral completion rate.
- Referral Transition Time by Status: Compare the average duration of your referrals in each status with the organization’s average. Use the insights to identify specific stages where referrals progress faster or slower than the organizational norm. Use the Referral Transition Time Analysis to further analyze the duration of referrals in the current status and identify potential data skewness.
- Referrals by Source: View the total referrals and count of referrals received from each source.
