Customize the Highlights Panel in the Health Cloud Console
The Highlights panel contains information you want front and center, such as the patient's contact information, Medical Record Number, and the name of the care coordinator or other internal person who's responsible for tracking this patient. Customize the Highlights panel to show the information that's most pertinent for your organization.
Information on the Highlights panel comes from a compact layout. To customize the Highlights panel in the Health Cloud Console, clone and then customize the default compact layout for the person account object:
- From the object management settings for person account, go to Compact Layouts.
- Click the System Default layout, then click Clone.
- Enter a label and name, and choose the fields to display.
- Save your work.
- Click Compact Layout Assignment and set your new Compact Layout as the assigned layout for Primary Contact Layout and Record Types.
- Save your work.
