Create Intervention Types

Create Intervention Types

Intervention types are the standard, defined list of available referrals, programs, or other interventions maintained in your organization, including the related codes and code types.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud

From the App Launcher, find and select Care Intervention Types, and click New.
Enter the name of the intervention such as Meals on wheels.
To make the intervention type available to use, select Active.
Optionally, select an intervention type, a medical code type for the intervention type, and enter the code associated with the medical code type.
Save your changes.

Note Create a custom lookup field on the Activity object that looks up to the Care Intervention Type object. Set the field-level security for all profiles that use this field.
