            Configure Permissions for Data 360

            Configure the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector Integration permission set so that Data 360 can access your Health Cloud data.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To manage permissions Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
            Health Cloud Admin permission set
            1. From Setup, enter Permission Sets in the Quick Find box, and then select Permission Sets.
            2. Find and select Data Cloud Salesforce Connector.
            3. Click System Permissions.
            4. Click Edit.
            5. Find and select Manage Health Cloud, Manage Health Cloud Financial Data, Manage Health Cloud Utilization Management, and Perform medication reconciliation with Medication Management.
            6. Save your changes.
            7. Click Permission Set Overview.
            8. Click Object Settings.
            9. Find a Health Cloud object that you want to use for score calculation in Data 360 and select it.
            10. Click Edit.
            11. In Object Permissions, select Read and View All Records.
            12. In Field Permissions, select Read Access for the fields you have to use for your calculation.
            13. Save your changes.
            14. Update object and field permissions for every Health Cloud object you plan to use for your score calculations.
              Note
              Note You don’t have to assign this permission set to any users.

            Now that the required permissions are configured, you can set up your data streams.
