          Classify Score Ranges

          Classify Score Ranges

After you create a score category or subcategory, classify how its score ranges are interpreted. This classification helps your users quickly identify if a score is ‘great’ or ‘concerning’. Consult with your subject matter experts when you decide how to classify different ranges for each type of category.

          Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
          User Permissions Needed
To define a unified health profile Health Cloud Admin Permission Set
          1. From Setup, enter Unified Health Scoring Settings in the Quick Find box, and then select Unified Health Scoring Settings.
          2. Select the score category to classify score ranges for.
You can only see top-level score categories on this screen. If you’re trying to classify score ranges for a subcategory, open its parent category and then navigate to the subcategory from there.
          3. Click Add Classification.
          4. Enter a classification name.
This name helps users interpret scores.
          5. Select a color code for your range.
            Tip
Tip Be mindful of cultural differences when you choose a color code. Different colors mean different things in different cultures.
          6. Enter a start and end value for your range and click Done.
Ensure that the ranges you define don’t overlap with each other or leave any gaps.
          7. Repeat these steps until you’ve classified the full range of a category. Make sure that ranges don’t overlap and that you don’t have any gaps.

Your unified health profile is technically complete at this point. However, we strongly recommend defining a few subcategories to give it more depth.
