          Enable Video Calls

          Enable Video Calls so that you can set up video appointments.

          Required Editions

          Before you enable Video Calls, verify that you have enabled and configured Provider Search, Intelligent Appointment Management, and Salesforce Scheduler.

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To administer Video Calls: Health Cloud Video Calls permission set
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Video Call, and then select Video Call Settings.
            If your org doesn't include Video Call Settings, contact Salesforce Customer Support to verify that you have the required license.
          2. On the Video Call Settings page, select Enable to turn on Video Calls.
          3. Click Accept when you see the disclaimer.
            Note
            Note Clicking Decline disables Video Calls.
            You see a guided setup page that helps you set up the Video Calls feature.
